Definitions

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Member Eligibility

Account Registration

The account registration process at puma77 requires you to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, national identity card number (MyKad) or valid passport, active mobile phone number, valid email address, and a secure password. All this information is used to verify your identity and process financial transactions securely.

3.2 Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. puma77 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure or unauthorised use of your account details by a third party. Any suspicious activity must be reported to our customer service immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

puma77 reserves the right to require members to undergo an identity verification process (KYC) before allowing withdrawals or as a security measure in accordance with internal policy. This process is standard in the industry and is intended to protect the interests of all parties.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The puma77 platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other major banks as examples), Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all available payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless cryptocurrency is used.

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of the request being received, subject to complete account verification and any required security checks. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method chosen and technical factors outside puma77's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from bonus money can be withdrawn.

Wagering calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. Once the RM1,000 wagering total is reached, winnings may be withdrawn under the standard withdrawal terms.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

puma77 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback based on membership tier. The VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%) weekly cashback. Members advance through tiers based on activity and loyalty on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• puma77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled. Any attempt to cancel or modify a placed bet will not be considered unless there is a technical fault that can be verified by puma77.

6.3 Sports Betting

7.2 Consequences of Violations

Account Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your puma77 account at any time by contacting our customer service via live chat or email. Any real money remaining in the account will be processed for return to you once all active bets are settled and any verification requirements are met.

8.2 Closure by puma77

puma77 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: failed identity verification, breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, player protection at the request of authorities, or any action deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Intellectual Property
